Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Conduct high-impact workshops with Fortune 500 leadership teams to future-proof organizational strategies
- Produce thought leadership content including white papers, reports, and keynote presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Advise C-suite on long-term risk mitigation and opportunity identification in volatile markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate innovation, strategy consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven trend interpretation capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
