Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture of hybrid systems combining AI & Machine Learning with legacy infrastructure for seamless transitions.
- Oversee the pilot program for Quantum-Ready Algorithms, ensuring readiness for post-2026 computing eras.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and prototype viable applications.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI deployment and data sovereignty in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML frameworks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast tech trends and translate them into actionable engineering strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
