Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their market implications
- Design and implement future-proof organizational structures for disruptive environments
- Produce annual 'State of the Future' reports distributed to C-suite clients and policymakers
- Manage a portfolio of innovation projects worth $50M+ in R&D investments
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional thought leadership initiatives
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on exclusive research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
