Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with EU AI Act, NIST guidelines, and emerging international standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for generative AI systems
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption with policymakers, industry consortia, and academic partners
- Lead cross-functional working groups on quantum computing ethics and neurotech governance
- Author thought leadership on AI policy evolution for 2026+ regulatory landscapes
- Mentor engineers on ethical AI development practices through our 'Future-First' program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Public Policy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of generative AI, quantum computing, and neurotech ecosystems
- Proven track record influencing technology policy at state/federal level
- Published work on AI ethics or technology policy (peer-reviewed journals or major conferences)
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical frameworks (global perspective required)
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
