Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI autonomy, human augmentation, and climate resilience systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic vision with market disruption
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports forecasting 3-5 year paradigm shifts in tech adoption
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and incubate exponential-growth startups
- Represent company at global forums like Davos and Web Summit as a thought leader
- Mentor internal 'Futures Council' comprising PhD researchers and industry veterans
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or C-suite advisory role
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep familiarity with Gartner Hype Cycle and Delphi Method forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical narratives to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 technology predictions with >75% accuracy
