- Establish Horizon Labs' thought leadership through whitepapers, industry panels, and media engagements

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published portfolio of trend analysis or scenario planning documents (2020-2025)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy for Fortune 500 companies
