Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver robust solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Proven experience working in agile environments, shipping products iteratively and efficiently.
