Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ trend analysis across technology, economics, and social domains
- Design strategic foresight frameworks to inform product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and implications
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive leadership and board members
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Integrate foresight findings into corporate strategy and innovation processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future strategy implementations
- Experience working in fast-paced tech or consulting environments
