Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning technological trends with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Create predictive models for market evolution and technology adoption curves
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal evangelism
- Manage relationships with academic institutions, venture labs, and R&D consortia
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and translate insights into strategic priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, sustainable systems)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
