- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives and innovation partners
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-state possibilities
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into actionable business strategies
- Champion ethical innovation and sustainable future-proofing practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-shaping initiatives
- Experience with agile methodologies for prototyping future concepts
