Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography

- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum conferences
- Secure government grants and industry partnerships for quantum R&D initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates and contribute to quantum education curriculum development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with superconducting qubit platforms or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental protocols
