Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for product and business innovation
- Facilitate executive workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports with quantitative impact assessments
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping 2026-ready solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy roundtables
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization expertise (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in tech or finance sectors
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, Horizon Scanning, and Systems Thinking
