Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technological, social, and economic disruptors
- Create predictive models for emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused initiatives
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact
- Build and maintain an external futurist network for trend intelligence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Web3, AI governance, neurotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
