Responsibilities
- Define and drive the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap and strategic vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, researchers, and designers in advanced AI and quantum computing initiatives.
- Architect scalable systems that handle high-concurrency and complex data streams.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable, executable technical solutions.
- Mentor junior talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, neuromorphic chips) for integration.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping complex, scalable products to market.
- Strong background in machine learning, neural networks, or data science.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
