Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the architectural blueprint for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Technology Evaluation: Identify, prototype, and integrate next-generation technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Advanced LLMs) into our core stack.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Security & Compliance: Implement zero-trust architecture principles and ensure all future-facing systems are compliant with evolving global data regulations.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business value for executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading teams in high-scale production environments.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in cloud-native environments (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI/ML model deployment, Edge Computing, and distributed consensus mechanisms.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and think critically about long-term architectural implications.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
