Responsibilities
- Develop long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ industry transformations
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future readiness
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for global clients
- Design ethical governance protocols for next-generation technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic visions at international innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or technology innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record influencing C-suite strategy decisions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or frameworks
- Experience with climate-tech or biotech transition strategies
