Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling complex, real-time data streams for the 2026 market.
- Lead a team of elite machine learning engineers and data scientists in research and development.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals and futuristic technology trends.
- Implement best practices for model deployment, MLOps, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract concepts into tangible product features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (5+ years of experience required).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and neural architecture search.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
