Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and user stories.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experience.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system stability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js or similar modern frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first or hybrid setting.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
