Location: Los Angeles, California (Hybrid/On-site options available).
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and speed to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and security standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Architect and maintain robust backend systems using Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
