Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- System Optimization: Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of our software systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, testable, and efficient code; conduct code reviews and establish coding standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and provide innovative solutions to technical challenges.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and responsive CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies; experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Databases: Solid understanding of database architecture and experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
