Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Architect cryogenic control systems maintaining sub-10mK operating temperatures
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions to Fortune 500 clients
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Drive open-source quantum computing frameworks contributions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven experience with superconducting qubit architectures or topological quantum systems
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in low-level hardware-software co-design (Verilog/VHDL)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
