Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure maintainability.
- Performance: Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility standards to meet federal compliance.
- Support: Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely technical support for deployed systems.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
