Responsibilities
- Architect Core Models: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures for our proprietary LLMs, focusing on efficiency and reduced hallucination rates.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts in model quantization, pruning, and inference optimization to ensure low-latency deployment on edge devices.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research into multimodal learning and reinforcement learning agents to advance our 2026 roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the deployment pipeline using Kubernetes and containerization technologies to manage model versioning and A/B testing.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for AI safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Specialization: Extensive knowledge of Transformer models, attention mechanisms, and NLP pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex mathematical problems and optimizing large-scale computational workflows.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
