Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting rigorous code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them to improve product capabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
