Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern stacks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimization: Perform code reviews, optimize database queries, and improve application performance and security.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
- CI/CD & DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, debugging complex problems with a focus on user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
