Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, and prototyping
- Create design systems and component libraries for enterprise applications
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and facilitate design workshops
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Maintain consistency across multi-platform digital experiences
- Document design decisions and create comprehensive style guides
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based architecture
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Certification in UX Research or HCI (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group) a plus
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design methodology and measurable outcomes
