Responsibilities
- Design and deploy secure, scalable cloud architectures leveraging AWS/Azure services
- Lead migration strategies for legacy on-premise systems to cloud-native environments
- Optimize cloud costs while ensuring 99.99% uptime for mission-critical applications
- Develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Conduct security assessments and implement compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR)
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and executive committees
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer code reviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/Azure specialization
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS/Azure) or equivalent
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with hybrid cloud solutions and multi-cloud environments
