Your Mission
As the Lead Architect for Project 2026, you will drive the technical strategy, ensuring our platforms are built for longevity and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for Project 2026 infrastructure, cloud ecosystems, and data pipelines.
- Define and enforce technical standards, coding best practices, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to drive innovation and solve complex engineering challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments and risk mitigation strategies for emerging tech stacks.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, and backend development.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in AI integration and machine learning pipelines.
- Experience leading engineering teams of 10+ members in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
