Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm development and optimization
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum systems with 99.9%+ reliability targets
- Research and integrate quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction methodologies
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and classical integration
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ-era limitations
- Proven track record of translating theoretical concepts into production systems
