Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models for autonomous navigation and robotic automation.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms to improve system efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Oversee the deployment of machine learning pipelines on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of robotic systems in simulated and real-world environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI integration within the company’s 2026 product vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
