The Role:
We are seeking an expert in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Robotic Process Automation to lead our R&D division. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of intelligent agents capable of navigating complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models tailored for robotic applications.
- Lead the research and development roadmap, specifically targeting innovations relevant to the 2026 technological forecast.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of hardware engineers and data scientists to optimize model performance in real-world physical environments.
- Ensure the ethical and safe deployment of AI systems, adhering to strict compliance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development within the organization.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on robotics or autonomous systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, computer vision, and sensor fusion technologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
