Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced neural networks for the Year 2026 initiative.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference and massive scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve by publishing findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of publishing at major conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
