Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs

- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/product teams
- Translate market trends into patentable R&D initiatives
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-tech methodologies
- Oversee pilot programs for 2026-scale technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-facing products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for long-term R&D investments
- PhD or equivalent in technology foresight, engineering, or related field
