Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary AI models for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Pioneer research into next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production software.
- Define performance benchmarks and ethical guidelines for autonomous AI agents.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or AI labs.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a portfolio of published models.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search (NAS) and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
