Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge deep learning models focused on long-term temporal prediction and generative synthesis.
- Model Architecture: Design scalable, robust neural network architectures capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time environments.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams in software engineering and product design to translate theoretical research into production-ready algorithms.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the organization.
- Publishing & Patents: Author high-impact academic papers and secure patents for proprietary algorithms that define our competitive edge.
- Performance Optimization: Rigorously optimize inference latency and model accuracy to ensure seamless integration with our high-frequency trading and autonomous systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of industry experience in research roles, preferably at top-tier tech firms or research labs (FAANG, DeepMind, OpenAI).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX. Strong understanding of CUDA and GPU optimization.
- Core Skills: Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
