Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation generative models and reinforcement learning systems tailored for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Long-Context AI, Multimodal reasoning, and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate 2026 product visions into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize large-scale distributed training pipelines to improve inference speed and reduce latency.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates in advanced deep learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in research engineering or applied machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLM fine-tuning, and RLHF.
- Strong background in distributed computing systems (Ray, Kubernetes, or Spark).
- Experience deploying models to production environments with high availability.
