Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ in R&D or innovation roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps culture
- Published research or patents in technology innovation
