Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models for large-scale production environments.
- Conduct original research to advance the boundaries of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and data scientists to translate research into scalable business solutions.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs without compromising accuracy.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring global AI trends and evaluating emerging technologies relevant to our 2026 roadmap.
- Write high-quality, public-facing documentation and contribute to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent significant industry experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in research engineering or software development focused on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals, transformer architectures, and generative AI models.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or delivering impactful commercial products.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
