Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement complex AI and quantum algorithms optimized for next-generation hardware.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the architectural roadmap for our computing infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for 2026 goals.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in neural networks, machine learning, and quantum machine learning (QML).
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into large-scale, real-time production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical realities.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
