Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, integrating AI and Quantum computing paradigms.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance neural networks optimized for quantum processors.
- Lead the R&D team in developing proprietary algorithms for predictive modeling and autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible quantum usage.
- Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-gen futuristic infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum computing.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), transformers, and neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth environments.
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a futuristic mindset.
