Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning emerging innovations with long-term business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and designers in researching and prototyping breakthrough technologies in AI, Quantum, and Spatial Computing.
- Identify and assess high-impact external technologies to ensure Nebula Horizon remains at the forefront of the digital revolution.
- Establish partnerships with key industry innovators, think tanks, and academic institutions to drive forward-thinking research.
- Communicate complex technical visions to the C-Suite and board members, securing buy-in for bold, transformative projects.
- Oversee the transition of theoretical research into scalable, market-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Technology Leadership or C-suite roles within Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making in undefined market conditions.
- Strong background in Change Management and organizational transformation.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
