- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning engineering, or quantum software development.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
