Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement scalable hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to optimize deep learning models for real-time processing.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on quantum error correction and neural network acceleration.
- System Integration: Integrate advanced AI frameworks into cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability with legacy systems.
- Code Optimization: Refactor existing codebases to leverage quantum parallelism, reducing computational latency by up to 40%.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for quantum software development and AI ethics.
- Strategic Planning: Forecast technological trends for 2026 and roadmap technical milestones accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in Quantum Computing or Advanced AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or TensorFlow Quantum.
- Frameworks: Strong understanding of neural networks, machine learning pipelines, and distributed computing systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system performance.
