Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and quantum computing infrastructure.
- Lead the development of proprietary neural network models and quantum gate sequences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Hardware Engineering) to optimize algorithm efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Publish technical papers and present findings at top-tier industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Qiskit.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
