Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures capable of handling millions of data points in real-time.
- Lead the R&D strategy for Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate high-level business objectives into technical AI roadmaps.
- Optimize deep learning models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring of production models.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor a team of talented machine learning engineers.
- Predict and mitigate ethical risks and biases in AI decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project lifecycles.
- Familiarity with quantum computing paradigms or edge computing is a significant plus.
