Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 R&D Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for integrating quantum computing capabilities into our existing AI infrastructure.
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement sophisticated algorithms that seamlessly combine classical machine learning models with quantum processors.
- Optimize Performance: Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to ensure our systems achieve maximum efficiency on next-gen hardware.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor global technological trends to ensure our solutions remain competitive in the rapidly evolving landscape of 2026.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and research scientists to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
