Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced Models: Design, develop, and fine-tune state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning.
- Research & Prototyping: Conduct in-depth research to identify novel algorithms and methodologies that improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Production Deployment: Translate theoretical research into robust, scalable production systems using modern MLOps pipelines.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, ethics) to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model latency, throughput, and resource consumption.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research or software engineering.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Language Model Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Transformers, and Large Language Model architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, open-ended research problems and derive novel solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
