Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using modern MLOps practices.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-effectiveness for cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-facing features.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on LLMs.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to ship production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
