Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for production environments.
- Research and prototype novel deep learning architectures to improve model performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define AI roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for speed, latency, and cost reduction.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and best practices documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Extensive experience with LLMs, Transformers, and fine-tuning techniques (PEFT, LoRA).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or AWS SageMaker.
