Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision and market disruption goals
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate cutting-edge innovations into core business operations
- Present technology roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation adoption
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Mentor a team of technology analysts and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in future-gazing methodologies and technology forecasting frameworks
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, blockchain, and other transformative technologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic insights
